In Service Center popup, choose to upgrade, in my case I got version 4.2. If you can connect at some time, go to Start-Native Instruments-Guitar Rig 4-Service Center. You _do_ need an internet connection to upgrade, which fixed my problem. I've activated it and loaded it OK but no presets or anything are showing up. Once you do that, the content will show up. Yeah, that puzzled me when I first loaded it up. Do you have to load the "content" separately or what? Ok, so it loaded into X1 just fine, great.but there is NO CONTENT.no presets.no amps.no effects.no anything.that I can find.
